1.Aspire offers the following shipping methods:
DHL and UPS: Allow 3-5 business days worldwide
USPS (or e-EMS, exclusivley for the USA): 6-15 business, generally 10 days in most cases.
SingPost: 7-20 business days
EMS: 7-15 business days worldwide
2. Free Shipping
Aspire offers free shipping on all orders over 99$usd. (This does not apply to areas that DHL list as “remote areas”. Orders shipped to a “remote area” will be charged an extra 30$usd as per DHL’s remote area service charge. If your order is in such an area you will be contacted via email.)
Orders to the USA will be shipped via USPS/e-EMS (6-15 working days arrival time)
Orders to the UK, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, and Canada will beshipped via SingPost (7-20 days)
Orders to other countries shipped via China Air Parcel
You may select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
Note: Due to longer customs clearance times orders please allow 15-30 days for orders to Brazil and 10-15 days for orders shipped elsewhere in South America via EMS.
3. Delivery Time
Aspire ships all orders within 24 hours. If there are any delays customers will be contacted via email.
4. Order Status Inquiries:
Sign into your account and click on "My Orders" at the top left of the page，You will then be able to view all your orders and their current status.
Aspire provides a 3 month warranty on all products. Clearomizers and Coils arew covered by our DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty. DOA inquiries must be sent within 72 hours of receiving your Aspire product. The window of coverage begins from the day you receive your Aspire product.
The DOA warranty stipiluates that customers have a 7 day window to report any DOA products or Wrong Item Claims. Please contact our customer service team by email.
Aspire will cover all shipping fees associated with DOA or shipment of the incorrect product.
7.Other Return Shipping
Aspire assumes no responsibility for shipping fees to send a product back to us (outside of the afformentioned). Aspire will, however, cover the shipping cost of sending you a new or different product. We recommend customers use a service that provides tracking information wohen returning products back to us.
